Rebecca Malugin- Principal

Rebecca Malugin

Dear Spring Hill Middle School Families,

I am both honored and excited to introduce myself as the new principal of Spring Hill Middle School. It is a privilege to join a school community that is deeply committed to academic excellence, student growth, and strong community values.

The 2025-2026 school year marks my 26th year in my educational career. My journey in education began in 2000 as a teacher at East Hickman Intermediate School. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving in various administrative roles within the Hickman County School System, including Assistant Principal, Principal, Secondary Supervisor, and most recently, Director of Student Supports and Safety. Through each of these roles, I have remained dedicated to creating supportive, innovative, and inclusive environments that empower both students and educators to thrive.

I am committed to building upon the strong foundation already in place and to upholding the high expectations that define Spring Hill Middle’s school community. Together, we will continue to nurture a culture of respect, responsibility, and resilience, where students are both challenged and supported.
